ClubPro is an easy-to-use interactive web site that allows an organization to dynamically change their website by altering the information in the database.  You do not need to know HTML or have any prior web site experience in order to use ClubPro.

Some of the things you can do are:

• You can add or delete Events to your Calendar and have them appear instantly. 

• You can enter in all of your upcoming Meeting Dates.  These dates will then automatically appear on the Meeting Schedule page as well as the calendar.

• The next event scheduled appears at the left of every screen below the navigation menu to remind your visitors to participate.  Once this event has passed, the system is smart enough to show the next upcoming event automatically.

• You can enter in your Meeting Minutes and Group Newsletters simply by completing a form or attaching your own document (any document can be uploaded, including WORD docs, Adobe pdf, video, images, etc.)

• You can add Committees by entering the Committee Name, a Description and assigning a group member as the primary contact, and all this information instantly appears on the Committees page.

• You have control over the contents of the Home Page of your site.  With minimal HTML knowledge, you can upload new content that appears immediately on your home page.

• You can add links to the system that point to an internal or external webpage.  Once a link is entered, a Links Page is added to the main menu and all links will be listed on this page.

• You can build your own photo album pages, too!  Just create a name for the photo page, then use the simple upload program to transfer your images from your computer to the web site.

• Once you are logged into the system, you can also maintain the contact information for all of your members.  If you have email addresses as well, you can use ClubPro to send email to all your members or select members off a list.  (ClubPro is designed to protect your members' privacy and no email address will be revealed on the site or within the emails distributed.)

• If you are running a sports program, you can maintain your leagues and teams and enter all practices and games on the Sports Calendar.  Visitors can view the entire league schedule or just their team's schedule.

• Maintain the locations of your games, meetings or other events with directions that can be printed out.

• ClubPro Software provides an interface to PayPal so you can sell merchandise or do on-line Registrations!

• The web site is customizable to use your colors and logo.  You can also choose to turn menu options on or off, depending on the features your group needs.
